The windmill originally came from what was called Orchid farm which is off off Harney channel road. It was from the Montgomery Ward catalog in the 30’s to early 40’s. It’s one of the largest versions built. The tower is 50’ and the rotor blades are 11’ in diameter. Currently, the gear box needs rebuilt, we removed for safety. It’s and awesome sight when it’s working!
The renovated vintage barn has been rated for 88,000 lbs. The stalls can house horses and other livestock. The hay loft provides plenty of storage.
Park your farm equipment here, no problem! A former dairy barn, this structure has been beefed up to withstand 88,000 pounds. There is room for a workshop and just an overall beautiful and cool place to hang out.
The coop has seen decades of 4H activity and memories. Your animals will be secure in the coop and outdoor run. There is a dry room for feed and San Juan County Fair ribbons.
The woodshop has plenty of racks for materials. the interior is a warm, cozy space to spend hours on projects or just to "get away" and sit by the woodstove on a chilly evening.

The caretaker's home is a single wide manufactured home built in 1991. It has been well-maintained by the owner. There are multiple mature fruit trees on the property and a fenced garden that has a dedicated well.
